Vila ("Fairy" in Serbian) was born in a parking garage in Belgrade, Serbia in 2012. Rescued by a caring human, she was later adopted by U.S. diplomats assigned to Belgrade. An explorer from her earliest days, Vila is nonetheless adjusting to her settled life in Arlington.
