Macchiato was born on the streets of Belgrade, Serbia, in 2012.
He was rescued by a caring human and later adopted by U.S. diplomats on assignment in Belgrade. Since then, he's enjoyed five years of cosmopolitan living, now enjoying retirement in Arlington.
