Winston was surrendered by his family to a rural shelter in North Carolina because they were moving. He was rescued by Mutt Love Rescue and brought to Northern Virginia. The moment I saw his picture online I knew he was meant to be ours! He has healed our hearts broken by the death of our former dog. He is so much fun! He LOVES people and honestly thinks that you belong to him the moment he meets you. He is always wagging his tail and brings a smile to everyone's face the minute that they see him.
