This is Eli the papillon! While stationed in Japan, my husband and I were looking for someone to spoil and we ended up falling in love with Eli! We adopted Eli for half of his original price because he had worms, kennel cough and bronchitis and no-one seemed to want him; we were his last chance. He traveled almost 7,000 miles from Japan to Arlington and spends most days playing frisbee with his friends. Eli is more than just our dog, he is our family and we are so fortunate to have the privilege of loving him.
