My name is Alvey. Things started out a bit rough for me until I was found and brought to this amazing place in Arlington. I just couldn't contain my happiness, and kept smiling and wiggling every time people came and talked to me! I was so excited to meet my parents. They came to meet me and I couldn’t stop showing them all my pearly white teeth and neat tricks I knew, even though I was only 9 months old!! They named me after the athlete “Smile’n” Sam Alvey, who smiles all the time, just like me! When I got home I found out I also had two sisters waiting there for me! They are very different for sure! Someone said the word CAT, but they are fun to play with too. I love getting out, smiling at everyone and watching them light up when they get to pet me!!
