In my senior year at JMU, my roommates and I signed up to foster at a local cat shelter. Mr. Kitty was given to us as a very, very sick 1yo cat who needed lots of help. As we nursed him back to health, I started bonding with him more and more and I just couldn't give him up! He's an amazing companion, loves to be around people, and even enjoys his walks outside on his leash! He's 5 now and totally loving life as a spoiled, healthy kitty :)
