Your Pet's Story or Bio
Tyler, an American Bulldog/ Dalmatian mix, was adopted by family several months ago in January at Animal Welfare League of Alexandria.
Since he was adopted, Tyler is very thankful and blessed to have a new home and new family. Tyler loves the backyard. Tyler doesn’t whimper anymore. And his personality has come out, such as a softy goofy, loving, gentle dog. Tyler loves to play. He gets great pleasure from walks around the neighborhood; it’s his favorite time to hang out with Lilly and mom.
Tyler enjoys his responsibility in helping his family. He does a great job of slowing everyone down after their busy day by rub and pet him for as long as he can get them to do it. Tyler particularly loves belly rubs. He often drifts off to sleep somewhere in the middle of them.
His best friend, Lilly, is in college. He enjoys the quiet time with Lilly while she studies. He sometimes sleeps over her legs so she can’t get away. It almost guarantees him a belly rub session when she’s finished study. It is his unique way to get Lilly to play and pet him. (P.S. It only works with her, not the rest of the family.)
Tyler loves his new home and family; there is nothing in the world that he would trade for it! Tyler finally found where he belongs!
