Either born to the streets or left to fend for himself on them, Rover is a sweet soul that found his way into our hearts nearly instantly. He was found in Elgin, and after a 5 month stay with animal house shelter he met his forever family. Now he spends lazy days on the couch, wrestles with his syster, and loves getting all the belly scratches he wants. His eyes say everything that needs to be said, he's one happy boy.
