A little about me...
Captain Kirk, Cappy to his friends, was adopted from Angels in August 2019. He decided immediately that he was a major momma's boy. He has been my shadow from day one, which was so welcomed since I had just lost my 16 yr old Doxie to cancer. Since he was a stray in his former life, Cappy has been slowly learning what it means to have a forever home. It's been wonderful watching him slowly come out of his shell. He has mastered walking on a leash, chasing squirrels off the porch and being one of the pack (he has two brothers that he hangs out with now). His favorite thing is playing with his toys. We have an upstairs room where he hoards them for safekeeping from the other dogs.
We are eternally grateful to Angels and his foster mom, Mimi, for giving us the chance to adopt this wonderful little dog. We just love him to pieces for the sweet little boy that he is!
