A little about me...
Josie ,angel dog ,was tied to a guard rail, on a highway, in Ohio. She was found face frozen, in winter time. She was rescued and scheduled to be euthanized at the Animal Shelter. I saw her on TV from the Ohio Shelter, and adopted her ,9 years ago.
