Each entry is a $5 fee and is non-refundable.
Votes are $1 each (every $1 donation counts as one vote and is non-refundable).
There is a limit of one dog per photo entry. People are not allowed in photos. No breed restrictions. Contest is open to all dogs, not just Out of the Pits alumni.
By submitting a photo entry, you acknowledge that your entry is your own original work. *Please do not use photos from previous professional photography sessions*
Photos deemed offensive or obscene will be removed from the contest.
The winners of the photo contest will be determined by the top 6 entries that receive the most votes. Winners will be monitored by GoGo Photo Contest and are final.
The top 6 entries will win a professional photo session with Amy Z Photography that will be scheduled for a date in October 2024 at predetermined locations throughout the Capital District (within a 50 mile radius of 12065) . If you are unable to commit, schedule or travel to a photo session during this time, you forfeit your winnings and the next top vote getter will take your pet's spot. No exceptions.
Each week during the voting time period, a select number of voters with the most votes will win raffle prizes. The prizes will be announced at the beginning of each week. If you are unable to accept the raffle prize, you forfeit your winnings and the next top voter will receive the raffle prize.
At the end of the contest, February 2025, each contest winner will have the option to purchase their pet’s 24x36” canvas wrap portrait at a discounted rate.
