Meet Portia. She was rescued by the Humane Society of Oldham County from a hoarding situation. Unfortunately her eyes were so infected that permanent scarring has left her able to see only light and shadow. But that doesn’t stop her! She loves everybody she meets, navigates the whole house, and more than holds her own with our other cats. She’s our ambassador for adopting the ones that aren’t “perfect.”
