Chloe (aka: Blossom) was one of the 33 Maryland Ave. dogs seized by the ACAS. She was the "HolyTerror" of the group, and had failed 2 placements prior to my adopting her in October. Barking and biting were her main forms of communication! Now she enjoys meeting new people and is a seasoned traveler, having romped in both the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans this winter! She has become a loyal and loving companion!
