I met Sparky when I was volunteering to walk the dogs with my son one day each week. She seemed so afraid in her cage. I asked about her and found out that she was 9 years old. I started walking her first whenever we would visit. She loved going for walks ! I decided to foster her for a few weeks. My husband saw that I was getting attached and knew that her chances of being adopted were a little slim because of her age. He decided to adopt her under the "Pets for Vets' program. We were so happy to make her part of our family ! She is spoiled rotten and we wouldn't have it any other way!
