Piccolo is a rescue from a puppy mill. A whole lot of love, and attitude, is packed into her tiny little body. If there was a prize for hoarding toys, she would win hands down. She lives with her other fur siblings, all of whom were here before her BUT she rules! If she could be held 24/7 she'd be content!
