Franklin was a stray who was determined to pick his human parents. I convinced my wife and business associates to foster him at our office in Cumberland, a 1926 Firehouse. This is how Franklin made himself at home. Needless to say, he ended up at our house, thanks to the Allegany County Animal Shelter
