Emma was only 3 months old when she was rescued from drowning. She had fallen into a stream and become tangled in some debris. Knowing what an animal lover I am, she was brought to me. I said I would foster her, until I located her family or found her a forever home. I was already a single mom of 3 pups and 2 cats. She was a fluffy blonde furball and it was love at first site. By the time I exhausted efforts to locate her family, I knew she wasn't going anywhere. What's one more, right? The vet told me she was a purebred English Lab and that I was very lucky to have found her. The truth is that she found me and I couldn't have cared less about her pedigree.
