Princess Rina.....one of those famous "Lucky 33." Her face attracted me right away, so sweet and so dainty, but behind those eyes was fear. She was hoarded with 32 others and had never seen or interacted with a human, never experienced anything but a dark cold dirty house. She was pregnant when she was rescued in June 2014 from that Greene Street house. Thanksgiving 2014, she came to my house as our 8th foster dog. It took days for her to come out of the crate, weeks for her to come out of the corner, and a year to allow a human to touch her. She is a fighter, a lover. She has ended our foster dog adventure but she deserved the last vacancy in our home. Our only female dog, driving all our boys crazy....Princess Rina!
