Your Pet's Story or Bio
We rescued our shih tzu Cannoli on the day dedicated to love- Valentine's Day 2008. As we approached his kennel, we saw a small ball of fluff with a big smile, wearing a heart bandanna for the occasion. The shelter referred to him as "snaggle" tooth- immediately after meeting him, we referred to him as "ours". We brought him to our home that cold February night and held him and snuggled him close. Since that first day, we have shared lots of snuggles, kisses and laughter. Cannoli loves his belly rubs, his small squeak toys and the infamous "Beggin Strips". He is a wonderful "big" brother to his sister, Coco (a goldendoodle twice his size) and a granddoggie to his "Gam". We are so thankful for the love that Cannoli brings our family each and every single day.
