Your Pet's Story or Bio
I went along with a friend who was picking up his rescue dog this last February. I wasn't ready for a puppy as my husband was still away on his military assignment and we agreed to wait to get a pup together. Well.... I saw her face and it is true how they say you don't pick your animal, they pick you. She looked at me with the sweetest little face and I was hooked. She had just been driven up from Alabama the previous day and was a small little sickly thing. We got through some trying times but she is now a healthy and active eight month old puppy who has brought much joy to many. People have told us she is lucky to be in our home but we are the lucky ones.
