Carmen came to our family two years ago. She was rescued by City Dogs Rescue from a kill shelter in Pickens County, SC. She was found by them running with another dog and there was evidence she had just had a litter but no puppies were found. She's about 6 years old and a Rat Terrier. She's a dear addition to our family and we love her so much. She has lots of silly antics that are so endearing!
