A little about me...
Meet Otis, the ultimate cuddle champion who found his fur-ever home through ARF-IL after being surrendered. Otis is always looking to sit in your a lap or shoulders during the day, or sleep on your face, or neck at night. He loves playing fetch, sprinting on his tiny treadmill, or proudly dragging his favorite scarves and blankets around the house.

Otis also keeps a close watch on the neighborhood feral and stray cats. We’re on a mission to manage our neighborhoods cat overpopulation through a trap, neuter, and return (TNR) program, with the help of SPAY-IL. We’re so grateful for their invaluable services, making a difference one cat at a time. Otis wouldn’t have it any other way!
