Short story about your dog
Tadashi was rescued from a puppy mill with filthy, matted hair and eyes infected shut. The wonderful people from Alberts lounge nursed him back to health and got him ready for his new life with me. Until I brought him home, he had never known safety and love, much less a warm home and constant adoration and attention from everyone that met him. I thought that I was rescuing him to become my companion and eventually a therapy dog. Instead, just weeks after his adoption, my parents suddenly passed away and this little one eye'd wonder not only became my constant companion, he also became MY therapy dog and nursed me back to health the following year. We saved each other and I am forever grateful.
