Your Pet's Story or Bio
Daphne was removed from a high kill shelter. She was sick, emaciated, had been severely abused, and was afraid of many things including men and other dogs. Though she had been labeled cage aggressive, a member from ADOPT pulled her off a truck and she was placed in foster care. She is now 10 or 11 years old and living a happy, balanced life. Daphne has been with us for 5 years and she's our precious baby girl. She loves people, dogs, cuddles,walks, and rides.. Last summer she welcomed a brother (Tebow) who is also a chocolate lab and rescue into our home. We are so proud of Daphne. What she has overcome is nothing short of amazing.
