My name is Cosmo. I was rescued when I was a puppy. My favorite thing in the world is meeting new people. I always greet everyone with a smile on my face and a toy in my mouth. Cuddling next to someone is my second favorite thing to do. People find it amusing that my tongue is always hanging out because it is too long to fit in my mouth.
