If Penny were a human, she’d be a free spirit, pot smoking hippie with not a care in the world! That’s just how she is! She went from life on a chain to lounging in the yard were coffee and sunglasses. She helps her humans foster other dogs in need. She’s particularly fond of older male dogs as well laying the smack down on unsuspecting puppies. Penny 2024!
