Elvis is one of ACCT Philly's tiniest alums! When I was an employee at ACCT, this little cutie pie was brought in as a stray and I immediately fell in love. I reached out to Tiny Paws Rescue who kindly approved me to foster him. After a visit with the cardiologist, we learned that he has congestive heart failure. Thanks to his medication and all the TLC he's been receiving, he appears to be aging in reverse!! He has been an incredible addition to our family and brings so much joy to everyone he meets!
