A little about me...
Lew’s story for the A&B 2024 Calendar




Many thanks to our A&B’s rescue and transported teams for getting (Lulu) Lew from Alabama to CT in 2021. It didn’t take her foster family long to determine that we would be foster failures. Molly, Lew’s sister accepted her from the beginning and Lew learned a lot from her sister. We took daily walks on our trails and Lew would watch Molly protect us from all the chipmunks and squirrels. She is a beautiful and gentle setter and a very strong swimmer. Our A&B Board of Directors made the adoption official with a large “gotcha cake” at our Spring Picnic in PA. Recently we moved to a smaller home with a large fenced yard on Roger’s Lake in Old Lyme Connecticut. Lew is very popular in our new area with children and friends. She continues to enjoy her yard and swimming. You can see how protective she is of our boat.
