A little about me...
When we picked Loki up from his previous owner, he had no reservations to leave his owner. We were his host family. His situation was unique. His owner passed away a few days later. He came into our home and the other dogs and cat instantly loved him. He loved me from day 1. Loki has the kindest heart and disposition. He has never met a stranger. He is a celebrity in the neighborhood. All the neighbor dogs love him. So we rescued and adopted Loki, but he also rescued me.
After having greyhounds for over 20 years, my heart was broken when I lost Chickie of cancer at 8 years old in August of 2021. I just couldn’t adopt another. We transported for ABSR and thought we might adopt at some point. Loki came into my life and said now is the time. We have healed each other’s hearts.
