A little about me...
Cookie came to our family under the sad circumstances of my father's death. After his death she was abused and suffered a broken rib. I rescued her and worked with our veterinarian and a professional trainer to bring her back to health. She refused to eat for weeks after I brought her home. Together we learned to heal. Cookie has been a true healing light. She quickly formed a bond with me and I am not found without her at me heels. Cookie has been a comfort to each member of my family since my father's passing. Setters each have their purpose, and Cookie's purpose is to be a good dog. She is smart and loyal with a sense of humor. Cookie is so gentle and loving. While Cookie is scared of loud noises, and she is not always the most focused dog, you will never find a kinder creature. Cookie deserves to be the cover dog because she is incredible. She is resilient, strong, and loyal While maintaining her loving nature. Cookie is amazing, my Dad picked a good one, and I am so lucky to have the pleasure to know her.
