A little about me...
Hi from Hank! I’m a 2011 A and B rescue setter ! Here I am again and this time with my fur sister Lizzie. She is really showing her age this year, well she is 14! My mom is scratching her head that I made the 2021 calendar cuz she thought I was ancient at 15 last year! Lizzie and I are as different as night and day - I’m quiet and gentle and stick close. Lizzie is independent and confident. We have the setter heart in common though which is golden. My walks have gotten shorter and slower and I haven’t done a happy jumping in a circle old man style for a few months, but I’m always smiling and give a tail wag . That makes mom so happy. Oh I can still boss my Dad’s young rude Walker Coon Hound around ! Seems like yesterday I could leap as light as a feather in any direction so high..My bones are so old I don’t give mom her several setter hugs a day and gentle kisses like I used to - but we snuggle on the recliner together every evening - and that is the space where everything is all right in the world . It all comes down to do what you can do with great love. Thanks A and B ES Rescue for helping us find each other , it’s been perfect.
