Otis came to us in 2013 as a rescue from above and beyond English rescue. Otis is a fun loving boy who loves his people. When Otis is on the boat he loves to be the captain of his ship while Looking at the swans swimming in the water. When Otis comes off the boat and back in the house he is the best cuddler in town. Otis has a really neat looking smile that never leaves his face and will melt your heart the moment you see him. Otis May be a mans best friend but Otis is my greatest blessing a girl could have.
