Rio is my female setter's (Vixie) brother. I adopted him when he was just over a year old when his owner found out he had to be out of state working for over a year and would be unable to keep Rio. I agreed to foster Rio and help find him a good home. Vixie and Rio I believe knew they were litter mates when I took Rio in and instantly clicked. Little Rio stole my heart with his morning talks and his addiction to hugs. I decided to keep Him and Rio and Vixie have been attached at the hip ever since.
