Teddy is 8 years old. He was rescued from a life lived at the end of a chain. He suffered extreme neglect, a broken front leg, near starvation, and the misery of severe flea infestation. In spite of all that, Teddy has a sweet spirit. He is a gentle, loving companion who is just learning how to play. He is a joy.
