Fern the One-Eyed Wonder Dog always has a smile on her face and she should! She was one of the FL 5 coming from terrible conditions in South FL which led to her losing her eye and being heartworm positive. After about a week of fostering we knew she wasn't leaving and officially adopted her! Within a few days she started having seizures which made her heartworm treatment a little more difficult but this sweet girl prevailed! Through everything she has endured she always has a smile on her face! There is just nothing better than a Setter Smile!
