My Pet's Story
According to the volunteers at Abandoned Pet Resvue, Lily (Chorkie) and two other Chihuahuas were abandoned at a construction site in Miami-Dade County. I saw her online after my 13 1/2 year-old Chihuahua Lola died in March. I had recently suffered some losses in my life in addition to my beloved Chihuahua. Lily grabbed a hold of my heart through that picture, and she hasn’t let go yet. My son, Jon, came down from law school in Orlando to help me meet her and bring her home. This picture is of her in her July 4 sundress! I think it would be a great addition to the calendar for that month!
