Nuke loves to run in the mountains during our weekly high country adventures. I rescued Nuke when he was about 3 months old, sick and nervous he was pulled from death row in a Texas shelter. When I first met Nuke, he was at a rescue event where I had no intention of bringing home another dog but he picked me and spoke to my soul. That day we rescued each other, and he’s become my best friend, protector, and daily adventure companion to celebrate this amazing life of ours together. He’s the love of my life!
