Franky was at SPCA for 1 year to the day I seen his freckled nose on the site and knew he belonged to my family He is the sweetest and most loving boy and knows he hit the doggie lottery. He was so well loved at the shelter they had an adoption party for my boy. Total respect for all the employees at the shelter for their love and dedication care of the animals. Franky loved them all
