A little about me...
We rescued Fleur six years ago after a visit to the SPCA cat room. We had been going there to visit the furbabies regularly for a year after the fire. She chose us. Truly. By sitting in my lap. She offered unconditional therapy for us as we navigated rebuilding our lives after the 2016 fire. Fleur’s story was a sad one. She had been hit by a car and left. She was cage bound for recovery for a long time, her hips and hind legs weak. But, we got her home, spoiled her like crazy and now she’s so strong and a never ending source of entertainment! And has to be near us at all times. Even on a puzzle or a computer keyboard! ‘Helping’, of course. Lol. She’s a bit of a scaredy cat, but understandably and we love her very much. She has many nicknames - Fleurlette, FuzzyBum are a few.
