Your Pet's Story
RYLEE was dropped off at the shelter where she became scared and nippy. There was no way she would be adopted with this behavior. But her demeanor was understandable because she was in a strange noisy place where she could not see due to a detached retina in one eye and a cataract in the other eye. She felt safe and secure in our home and even more so when cataract surgery on her healthy eye restored her vision and self-confidence. Rylee has a feisty spirit, but can be quite affectionate when she wants to.
