Breezy was dropped off at the shelter due to her age and medical challenges. This 13 year old Chihuahua was pulled by rescue and is being treated for rhinitis. Her nasal passages are blocked and she can only breathe through her mouth. Acupuncture and Chinese herbs are helping her to feel more comfortable. She loves her foster Mom.
