Your Pet's Story
The moment our eyes meet it was love at first sight! I saw this quiet big brown eyed girl behind the desk of a harbor side hotel in St Augustine . It was an overnight girlfriend trip but we came home with one more girl! I will never forget that night that she came into our lives and we stayed up all night. Savannah , her new mommy and aunties. I have never known such a special girl in my life. I could tell her anything one time and she would understand ,remember, or do it. When her new daddy walked into the house , saw the box of toys and dog food down stairs and yelled up at me what was this, I said "Savannah that is your daddy, go get him"... she actually started down the steps and meet him, took his arm, pulled him down to the ground , and they were in love! I told her she was a hound dog so she needed to learn how to hunt... for me! I would hide in the house and make her find me. It made me laugh hearing her run around looking for me but cry when she was crying looking for me! Everyone who has ever met Savannah would say she is a humane in a dogs body. There are so many happy stories. I have never had a bond like I had with Savannah. She had to leave us this past December. I'm Heartbroken
