Pet's Story or Bio
We adopted Cookie Aug. 2022 shortly after our daughter attended camp at the Ozaukee County location. Cookie had been found in a dumpster located in Green Bay. Cookie LOVES her veggies and chasing our cats around during supervised playtime. One of Cookies favorite pass times is what we call Guinea meditation. Our daughter lays on the floor and Cookie will sit on her chest area and purr as our daughter provides her with chin rubs & ear massages. She has brought us so much joy over the past year. Cookie inspired our daughter to choose Guinea Pigs for her school project where she wrote a book called the Furry Potato and encourages others to adopt guinea pigs and other animals that need loving homes from a local humane society.
