NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to enter. Since there is no cost to enter, submit as many photos as you desire. Each vote is a $1 donation that goes directly to the care of the animals in our shelter. The photo receiving the most votes will be Animal Care Society’s “Dog of the Year”
